赴美國攻讀COC校園課程須準備事項

美國境外申請者
適用於希望在美國加州峽谷大學親自學習並持有 F-1（學生）簽證且尚未持有有效 F-1 簽證的美國境外申請者。
如何申請/ 申請所需文件:
欲前往COC就讀許由聖德基督學院資料審核後，統一送至COC學校申請入學。

  1. 提交 ISP 申請表。
    提交申請表時，請務必附上您近期的照片。這張照片可由他人拍攝或自拍照亦可並提交有效護照複印件。
  2. 提供銀行對賬單
    提供開課前 180 天（6 個月）到 60 天（2 個月）之間的銀行對賬單。該銀行對賬單必須至少顯示學年學費和費用頁面上列出的金額。
  3. 提交經濟支持宣誓書
    提交經濟支持宣誓書以指定誰為您的教育付費。如果您有美國人民作為擔保者，請另外附上 I-34 表格。
  4. 提交無結核感染證明書
    向合法的醫生或醫療專業人員申請一份無結核病證明書。必須證明申請人沒有肺結核感染或正在接受醫學批准的治療計劃。
  5. 提交已修讀並合格之大一課程的證明文件
    如果您曾就讀於美國的高中、學院或大學，也請提交每所學校的成績單。
    要獲得在另一所機構上課的大學學分，請提交兩份正式成績單。

專案計畫方式：

國際美國村協助修滿線上30學分課程 + 一年COC校園上課修滿30學分課程
即可獲得美國加州峽谷大學副學士文憑
獲得文憑後，有下列二個選項作為個人目標規劃：

1. 以OPT方式在美國合法有薪工作一年，但工作內容須與所學相關行業。
2. 以COC副學士文憑，依個人修業成績申請進入UC、CSU系統銜接大三課程。

COC 簽訂有2+2 Transfer Agreements with UC and CSU Institutions，因此每年有超過7,600位以上學生成功進入UC/CSU學校就讀。前二年先就讀COC可為您節省一筆可觀費用。

如何申請COC美國加州峽谷大學副學士學位:

1. 確認身分資格是否合適 (高中二年級或以上學歷者(含社會人士)
2. 提交英語能力檢定成績 (如下所示) 敬請參照本頁英語檢定成績表
-英語能力未達標準，條件式入學需加修語言先修課程
-語言先修課程可至聖德基督學院選修需要學分

大一課程修課完畢後須符合下列條件方可申請 I-20赴美國加州峽谷大學校園就讀。
1. 須滿18歲或高中畢業 (同等學歷須由COC認可)
2. 語言測試成績須符合學校要求
3. 二年成績皆合格獲頒就讀科系之副學士學位。
4. 獲頒副學士後可選擇繼續就讀大學或以OPT方式合法工作一年。

為何選擇此專案?

1. 學習夥伴Study Buddy制
COC會指定Study Buddy 協助同學在學習上有交流的對象，以便能順利就讀美國大學與未來生涯規劃和銜接。

2. 美國學位資格
兩年課程成績合格即可獲得美國頂尖大學的副學士學位資格。

3. 經費減半
由於本專案的第一年課程是在台灣修讀，只需負擔學費和指導費，將省下不少開銷。

4. 擁有一年合法在美國從事所學相關工作的機會
在取得學位後，本專案提供學生合法在美國實習與所學相關的工作一年的機會。
